It is a great pleasure for me to introduce you to the new menu for the immune system, which is based on the ideology of eating food that suits each person's blood type. We at A. Hansen are excited about this innovation and hope that our guests will be too.


Those who know me know that I have a passion for home-cooked food, which is cooked from the ingredients of each season. I love baking my own bread, making pasta, sauces, burgers, cakes, desserts and so on.


After studying the theory of Peter D'Adamo, who believed that everyone can strengthen their immune system and maintain better health by eating according to their own blood type, I decided that now might be the right time to offer our guests this opportunity through homemade, healthy food.


I hope this innovation is conducive to creating a healthier life for us in these strange times.
